I've used this product many times over the years. It's best to take post workout for instant protein and right before bed. If you fuel up an extra 500-2000 calories per day with at least 2000 normal food and snack calories the total macros gain are inevitable and substantial. It's nice to see the creatine weigh gainer mix live on the scale. Quick 5 pounds in water weight and gains in 1 week. Top tier gainer but requires daily discipline with creatine, multivitamins, proper nutrition and other supplements. Not a true meal replacement... just a meal replacement shake
I’ve tried many protein powders. Vanilla is a hit or miss flavor for me. But this flavor of vanilla was incredible! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a protein powder that’s high in protein, lower in calories and a great flavor.
When my partner and I traveled from Korea to the U.S. , we decided to order our favorite peanut butter directly to our Airbnb, since it usually takes a long time and costs more for international shipping to Korea.
The package was shipped via USPS, and the tracking showed it had been “delivered,” but it was placed inside a locker that only the house ownerhad access to. When I asked our Airbnb host about it, they said they didn’t have the key or access to that locker. Unfortunately, even after I contacted USPS, they said they couldn’t retrieve it either.

A few days later, when I ordered again from Korea, he processed and shipped my order right away. I received it so quickly, even across continents it truly showed how much this company cares about their customers.

I’ve been hitting DEFY for about a month and it’s legit my favorite high-stim pre now—it had me locked in, no jitters, no crash, it carries me through a full 90-minute workout. The citrulline and betaine give me this awesome, full pump that looks sick in the mirror especially as we start the bulk. One of the best overall high stim preworkouts I’ve taken.
