I've used this product many times over the years. It's best to take post workout for instant protein and right before bed. If you fuel up an extra 500-2000 calories per day with at least 2000 normal food and snack calories the total macros gain are inevitable and substantial. It's nice to see the creatine weigh gainer mix live on the scale. Quick 5 pounds in water weight and gains in 1 week. Top tier gainer but requires daily discipline with creatine, multivitamins, proper nutrition and other supplements. Not a true meal replacement... just a meal replacement shake
