I woke up this am pumped for a workout. Took transcendence had a crazy compound lift sesh and walked out feeling accomplished.
Got off work in the afternoon still had energy so said why not a leg day too.
I get to the gym drink my transcendence thinking to myself "Ima take it easy" given its my second workout of the day. NOPE. During my first set of squats transcendence kicked in and I went full on super saiyan. Knocked out a full lower body workout high fived a stranger and noodle walked out the gym.
