I’ve been hitting DEFY for about a month and it’s legit my favorite high-stim pre now—it had me locked in, no jitters, no crash, it carries me through a full 90-minute workout. The citrulline and betaine give me this awesome, full pump that looks sick in the mirror especially as we start the bulk. One of the best overall high stim preworkouts I’ve taken. Corey’s advice on stuff always keeps me feeling good. And this was another good one .
