Got rid of the liquid iv that lived in our house after trying these. Great taste and mixes perfectly in any water bottle. Major life saver while traveling!
My caloric intake at 265lbs is ridiculous. Trying to consume that much food in day sometimes isn't possible. This is a PERFECT alternative. I'm a two scooper so Im getting everything I need to make sure I keep up. It doesn't leave you feeling heavy,like most bulker shakes. Full yes? Heavy not all. Wanna pack on some pounds grab this. I've probably tried most of the the top advertised protein shakes over the last 30 years I've been training. This is by far the best . ESPECIALLY since it tells you what protein you're getting, and how much per gram. You're getting quality protein. Not as easy to come by as you might think...do it.
