My caloric intake at 265lbs is ridiculous. Trying to consume that much food in day sometimes isn't possible. This is a PERFECT alternative. I've probably tried most of the the top advertised protein shakes over the last 30 years I've been training. This is by far the best . ESPECIALLY since it tells you what protein you're getting, and how much per gram. You're getting quality protein. Not as easy to come by as you might think...do it.
